Advent Geneva Developer Location: Hybrid — New York, NY Contract Duration: 12+ months Work Authorization: W2 or Independent Contractor only (no third‑party vendors) About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Advent Geneva Developer to design, build, and enhance solutions within a complex investment operations environment. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise with Advent Geneva, strong software engineering skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions. Responsibilities • Design and implement technical solutions leveraging Advent Geneva and related technologies • Develop and optimize Geneva reports using Report Scripting Language (RSL) • Contribute to solution architecture and system design discussions • Build, test, and maintain high‑quality code in C#/.NET and/or Python • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support integrations, workflows, and data pipelines • Use Git and CI/CD tools to support modern development practices and deployment automation Minimum Qualifications • Proven hands‑on experience with Advent Geneva, including configuration and development • Strong proficiency with Advent Geneva RSL • Solid programming experience in C#/.NET and/or Python • Familiarity with Git‑based workflows and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in New York, NY
