We’re working with a leading consultancy who is seeking an Advisory Lead – Data/AI Due Diligence to join their Technology & Experience Practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-profile data and AI advisory projects, advise executive stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights across industries including healthcare, software, and financial services.
This is a hands-on leadership role, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge tools and methodologies, guide enterprise-level strategies, and influence data-driven transformations, advanced analytics initiatives, and strategic advisory engagements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver data and technology due diligence and assessment projects, partnering with multi-disciplinary teams across cloud, cybersecurity, software engineering, and infrastructure.
• Evaluate and recommend strategies for scalability, operational efficiency, and data monetization by analyzing enterprise technology landscapes.
• Translate business strategy into actionable data and AI strategies, delivering impactful recommendations and investment summaries.
• Provide thought leadership through white papers, conference participation, and mentoring internal teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert on data platform engineering, architecture, and AI-driven business value creation.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in cloud, data platforms, data modeling, visualization, and AI use cases.
• Contribute to business development by identifying client opportunities and supporting proposal creation.
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in data modeling, architecture, and implementing large-scale solutions.
• Strong consulting, industry, or startup experience in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Deep understanding of data warehousing approaches, streaming and batch processing, and AI applications in business.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
