Turnberry's Salesforce practice encompasses strategic planning, full-scale implementation and rollout, managed services.
Responsibilities
• Agentforce
• Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce capabilities, including Copilot actions, prompts, skills, and AI workflows
• Integrate Agentforce with CRM processes to enhance agent productivity and automate customer interactions
• Ensure secure, compliant handling of data used in AI interactions and model training
• Salesforce Data Cloud
• Architect and maintain Data Cloud data models, data streams, data transformations, and calculated insights
• Build and manage identity resolution rules, data harmonization, and unified customer profiles
• Develop segmentation and activation strategies across channels, leveraging real-time customer data
• Implement data ingestion from cloud, on-premises, and external systems using connectors and APIs
• Integration and Development
• Build scalable integrations between Salesforce clouds, external systems, and Data Cloud using APIs, MuleSoft, or other tools
• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and custom metadata to support advanced AI and data experiences
• Ensure enterprise-grade data governance, security, and compliance across AI and data platforms
Qualifications
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding and experience of how to build Agentforce agents including the following:
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into design
• Identifying agentic needs and demonstrated builds of to be built and configured and tested inside Salesforce
• Demonstrated understanding of logic and steps required to incorporate Data Cloud and external data sources and LLM's
• Testing scripts and an ability to help refine an agentic enablement framework
• Must understand and demonstrate understanding through designs and project experience analysis and changes to data models and object models that would directly support use of Agentic enablement via Agentforce from a Salesforce org that could not support Agentforce at scale
• Must demonstrate understanding of consumption and credit concepts and how they are applied in Salesforce for Data360, Agentforce, and Einstein related features and functionalities
The salary range for this role is $160,000 to $225,000 or the hourly equivalent.
