This role is focused on developing autonomous AI systems not basic chatbots. Candidates should have experience building AI agents that can plan, make decisions, interact with tools/APIs, and execute multi-step workflows independently. Required Skills • 8 10+ years of software engineering experience • Strong experience building production AI/LLM applications • Hands-on experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI systems • Experience with: • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) • AI orchestration workflows • Function/tool calling • Autonomous agent workflows • Strong programming experience in Python or Java • Experience with: • LangChain / LangGraph • Semantic Kernel • OpenAI APIs & Function Calling • Azure AI Foundry / AWS Bedrock / Vertex AI • CrewAI / AutoGen (preferred) • Cloud-native development experience: • APIs & Microservices • Docker & Kubernetes • CI/CD pipelines • Terraform / Helm • Experience deploying scalable enterprise applications into production • Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, logging, and production support What We Are Looking For Candidates Should Have Experience • Building AI Agents deployed to production • Integrating AI systems with enterprise applications and APIs • Developing multi-step AI workflows with real business usage • Working in enterprise-level environments • Delivering hands-on technical solutions within engineering teams
