Agility Lead

Title: Agile Data & Analytics Coach Industry: Technology / Financial Services Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 3 months+ Pay Rate: $58 Job Description: Seeking an Agile Data & Analytics Coach to operate as a strategic influencer across multiple product teams, driving data-informed decision making, agile transformation, and operational excellence. This role combines advanced analytics capabilities with agile coaching to support business and technology leaders in delivering scalable, high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Perform data collection, analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and market assessments to support reporting and strategic deliverables • Act as a trusted advisor across area products, building strong partnerships with business and technology leadership • Coach leaders and stakeholders above team level to ensure alignment, adoption of agile practices, and organizational buy-in • Leverage data and analytics to generate insights, identify root causes, and implement improvements across teams and products • Collaborate with Agile Coaches and cross-functional leaders to design and scale solutions across multiple product areas • Lead and coach teams on agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement, transparency, and team engagement • Facilitate communication across stakeholders using advanced presentation and facilitation skills, and escalate organizational impediments as needed • Develop and execute short- to mid-term operational and transformation plans using metrics and evidence-based decision making • Identify trends, generate insights, and contribute to the development of new policies, frameworks, and best practices within the discipline Required Skills: • Strong experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting • Proven background in agile coaching (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks) • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Experience working across multiple product teams in complex environments • Ability to manage priorities, resources, and deliverables in a fast-paced setting Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in large enterprise environments • Background in digital transformation or enterprise agile adoption • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) The salary range for this position is $58/hr.
