Location: Remote or Hybrid (preferred North Chicago suburbs)
Duration: 6+ months
Overview:
Client is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design and build intelligent, scalable, and secure AI agents across the enterprise. The role requires expertise with Microsoft’s AI ecosystem, particularly tools like Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, and LLM integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft tools.
• Integrate LLMs for text, vision, and audio capabilities.
• Use RAG and vector databases to enhance response accuracy.
• Work with stakeholders to convert business needs into AI solutions.
• Monitor, optimize, and ensure compliance with Responsible AI standards.
• Participate in agile sprints and share knowledge with internal teams.
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform.
• Proficiency with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot, and extensibility features.
• Background in enterprise AI, IT ops, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI scenario libraries and responsible AI principles.
• Integration experience with platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Teams, Outlook.
