AI Agent Developer / LLM Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Agent Developer to design and implement intelligent agents that enhance and automate the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This role involves leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and cutting-edge automation technologies to drive efficiency, observability, and quality across development, testing, and DevSecOps pipelines. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement AI agents for requirement analysis, user story creation, and technical documentation. • Build agents that automate design, coding, unit testing, and DevSecOps workflows. • Develop validation agents to create and execute functional test cases, automation scripts, and test data. • Create observability agents for AIOps, including efficiency metrics, performance tracking, and unified monitoring dashboards. • Integrate LLMs and AI-driven automation pipelines into enterprise SDLC workflows. • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and drive adoption of AI-powered development tools. Required Qualifications: • Strong experience with AI/ML models, especially LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA). • Solid background in software development, including DevSecOps, testing, and automation frameworks. • Experience with AIOps tools and monitoring/observability platforms. • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, test automation, and infrastructure as code. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
