Job Description:
Responsibilities
As an AI Agent Developer, you will:
β’ Design, build, and iterate on AI agents leveraging GPT models, multi-agent frameworks, and Microsoftβs AI ecosystem
β’ Develop infrastructure and MLOps pipelines to support continuous training, deployment, and monitoring
β’ Conduct rigorous behavior testing and validation, focusing on performance, safety, and real-world edge cases
β’ Integrate AI agents with Azure AI services, Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform, and internal systems
β’ Apply best practices in security, compliance, and privacy to all aspects of agent development
β’ Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including engineering, product, and design teams
β’ Document agent behavior, test results, and learnings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
β’ 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning
β’ Proficiency in Python for development and scripting
β’ Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and the OpenAI API
β’ Familiarity with Azure services, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines
