Role Overview: You will be responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing 20+ AI-driven agents that will power List to Last's operations and client services. Your role is to create, scale, and manage these agents while driving innovation in the company's AI strategy. You will work directly with the executive team to influence company direction based on technological advancements and cutting-edge AI development. Master List of AI Agents: 1. AI Lead Nurturing Agent Platforms: Intercom, GoHighLevel (GHL) Purpose: Engage, qualify, and nurture inbound leads 24/7. 1. AI Booking Agent Platforms: Intercom, GHL Purpose: Automatically schedule listing appointments with qualified leads. 1. AI Follow-Up & Re-Engagement Agent Platforms: GHL, Make.com Purpose: Re-engage old leads, missed appointments, and cold prospects. 1. AI Demo Show-Up Maximizer Agent Platforms: Intercom, Make.com Purpose: Ensure higher attendance rates for demos and webinars. 1. AI Sales Objection Handler Agent Platforms: Intercom, GHL Purpose: Handle and respond to common objections in real-time. 1. AI Client Success Agent Platforms: Intercom, GHL, Make.com Purpose: Handle onboarding, client FAQs, and follow-up on campaign success. 1. AI Review & Testimonial Collector Agent Platforms: Intercom, GHL Purpose: Collect reviews and testimonials from happy clients. 1. AI Social Media Distribution Agent Platforms: GHL, Make.com Purpose: Automatically push social proof, testimonials, and live updates. 1. AI Content Distribution & Syndication Agent Platforms: GHL, Make.com, Intercom Purpose: Automate the distribution of video content and social proof. 1. Key Responsibilities: Architect and deploy these 20+ AI Agents across all platforms. Work closely with the executive team to align technology strategy with company goals. Research and implement the latest AI advancements to keep List to Last on the cutting edge. Integrate predictive analytics and real-time decision-making into all AI Agents. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI-driven automation and workflow design. Mastery in Madgicx, Intercom, Make (Integromat), Gumloop, Eleven Labs, and GoHighLevel (GHL). Expert in workflow automations, webhooks, and API integrations. Proven ability to work closely with executive leadership and influence technology strategy.
