Position: Senior Azure DevOps Engineer Location: Fully Remote (flexible time zones) Duration: 12 month contract to hire Compensation: $55-70/hour depending on experience Project: Revamping Azure Architecture and IaC throughout the organization. Green Field and Brown Field Projects. Desired Tech Stack • 5+ years of experience within DevOps • Azure Cloud Architecture • IaC - terraform or pulumi • CI/CD pipelines - automation. GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for pipeline creation • Development skills (C#, Java, Python or Go) Day-to-Day Responsibilities An employer in the insurance industry is looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to join the Site Reliability Engineering team and sit fully-remote. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to revamp the client's Azure architecture, ensuring standardization across teams and applications. The Azure DevOps Engineer will work closely with infrastructure teams to address infrastructure needs, going all the way down to the underlying infrastructure. They will implement Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform and Pulumi, writing scripts in C#, and they will also develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment processes. The projects in this role will range from greenfield (new) to brownfield (existing) developments
