AI Analyst (W2 Role)

Job Title - AI Analyst Location – Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Mode: Contract Responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Analysis: • Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, and developers to gather and understand business needs for AI solutions. • Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional and non-functional specifications for the development and architecture teams. Business Impact and Feasibility Analysis: • Conduct feasibility studies and business case development for proposed AI initiatives, including ROI analysis. • Identify and articulate the potential business impact, risks, and opportunities associated with AI implementations. AI Governance and Safety: • Define and document requirements for AI guardrails, data privacy, security, and ethical considerations to ensure responsible AI implementation. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field. • Hands on AI application development experience OR technical knowhow about AI development and implementation beyond analysis. • Proven experience as an AI Analyst, preferably in an AI or data-driven environment • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their real-world applications. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Experience in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
