• Helping design end-to-end AI solutions that align with Ofgem's product development standards and governance.
• Demonstrating how AI technologies can solve real business problems through proof-of-concepts and early-stage discovery work.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to co-design solutions that meet user, business and regulatory needs.
• Supporting delivery teams by providing both technical and business insight to overcome delivery challenges.
• Applying knowledge of emerging AI technologies to shape solution design and mentor colleagues.
• Supporting the transition of projects from proof of concept through MVP, scaling and continuous improvement.
• Coaching teams across the organisation on practical approaches to operationalising AI and data products.
• Communicating outcomes, insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine passion for helping organisations unlock the value of AI.
Essential Criteria

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
• Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
• An understanding of Agile and iterative delivery approaches.

Desirable
