Job#: 3031340 Job Description: AI BSA Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Partial Remote- 1 day onsite per week) Employment Type: Long Term Rolling Contract with Perm Potential Role Overview The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support enterprise-level AI and data-driven initiatives. This role requires technical expertise in data querying, analysis, and a foundational understanding of AI concepts. The BSA will work with teams consuming AI platform services, assist with intake and operations, track API consumption, and consult on platform onboarding. Key Responsibilities • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from enterprise systems. • Perform data profiling and analysis using Python and Power BI to identify data quality issues. • Track applications consuming API services and their consumption. • Consult with teams onboarding to the AI platform and assist with the integration process. • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to elicit business needs and translate them into detailed user stories and functional specifications. • Work with the internal IT team to create and improve individual chatbots using established UI templates. • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution quality. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT or business systems analysis, preferably in data-centric or AI-related projects. Experience with Azure Insights is required. Technical Skills: • Understanding of RAG and AI platforms. • Proficiency in SQL and Azure Application Insights • A solid understanding of APIs and experience with testing tools like Postman. • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence. • Hands-on experience with modern data platforms within an Azure technical environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Azure AI Foundry. • Hands-on experience with Power BI. • Experience with Python for data analysis. Compensation & Benefits A pay range of $60.00 to $85.00 per hour is available for this position. This contract role offers potential for extension and future permanent placement.
