Key Details
• Contract Length: 6 months (with visibility to extend)
• Rate: £700 per day (inside IR35)
• Location: Cambridge (2 days onsite per week)
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business analysis activities across AI, automation, and transformation initiatives, managing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define business goals, inform strategy, and drive decision-making.
• Own and refine business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and technical delivery.
• Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify improvement opportunities and assess the impact of AI-enabled change.
• Collaborate with architects, AI engineers, and data teams to shape scalable and effective AI solutions.
• Support testing and implementation by defining scenarios, ensuring coverage, and enabling successful delivery.
• Promote best practices in AI-focused business analysis, including governance, ethical AI use, and user adoption.
Key Requirements
• Strong experience delivering business analysis within complex transformation or AI-focused programmes
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI adoption and translate business strategy into measurable outcomes
• Solid understanding of AI concepts such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Human-in-the-Loop
• Experience defining user journeys, business scenarios, and acceptance criteria for AI-enabled solutions
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and Responsible AI principles
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills across business and technical audiences
