We're a diverse employer with a flexible, hybrid working approach, ensuring everyone gets the opportunity to come to work and be the best version of themselves What You'll Be Doing Support an efficient IT Development function by delivering customer-focused second-line solutions that meet business and user needs while following established processes and contributing to departmental goals β€’ Contribute to team performance by meeting objectives, KPIs, and managing personal workload effectively. β€’ Provide second-line support, guidance, and solutions for IT software issues, including recommending system improvements and handling change requests. β€’ Design, develop, and document software solutions in line with best practices, while ensuring data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and, where appropriate, lead solutions to ensure successful project delivery. β€’ Support team capability by mentoring colleagues, driving continuous improvement, and managing escalations for critical system issues.
