Contract: Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months (with strong possibility of extension)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a central AI delivery capability supporting Commercial Operations. This role focuses on shaping high‑value AI and data use cases, ensuring they progress from idea through to successful production delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, shape, and prioritise AI use cases from business problem to deployment
• Translate business needs into clear, outcome‑driven requirements for AI and data products

• Provide clear updates on progress, value, and risks to senior stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with strong delivery ownership
• Experience working on AI, data, or automation initiatives
• Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Proven experience in Agile delivery environments
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and ideally SQL
• Ability to articulate business value, not just technical requirements

• Exposure to AI concepts such as LLMs, NLP, document automation, or intelligent agents
• Experience in Commercial Operations, Trading, or Supply environments
• Experience supporting solutions moving into production in regulated environments
Why Apply
