Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to support strategic AI and data-driven initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, data teams, and technology organizations to drive AI-enabled solutions, business transformation, and operational efficiency.
This role requires strong business analysis expertise combined with an understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, and enterprise processes. The candidate should be comfortable working in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment and managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI and analytics initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, data engineering, product, and technology teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and business process evaluations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support AI use case identification, prioritization, and business value assessment.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and project documentation.
• Assist with UAT planning, test case creation, defect tracking, and validation activities.
• Monitor project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
• Drive communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Support change management and adoption activities related to AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis within enterprise environments.
• Strong experience working on AI, machine learning, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business and functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including business, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, predictive analytics, NLP, or generative AI concepts.
• Knowledge of data governance, reporting, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience supporting regulatory or risk-related initiatives is a plus.
• Certification such as CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
