Opportunity
The AI Data Architect designs and governs scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures that enable AI, ML, and GenAI solutions across the organization. This role bridges business use cases, data engineering, and AI development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end data architectures supporting AI/ML/LLM workloads (training, inference, RAG).
Define enterprise data models, lakehouse architectures, and data integration patterns.
Establish data governance, lineage, quality, and metadata management frameworks.
Enable real-time and batch data pipelines for AI use cases.
Collaborate with ML Engineers and Data Scientists to optimize feature stores.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Select and standardize AI-ready data platforms and tools.
Key Requirements:
AI & Data Stack Exposure
Data Lakes/Lakehouse: Delta Lake, Iceberg, BigQuery, Snowflake
Streaming: Kafka, Event Hubs, Pub/Sub
AI Enablement: Feature Stores, Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS)
Governance: Data Catalogs, MDM, Data Quality tools
Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years in data architecture and enterprise data platforms
Strong experience designing architectures for AI/ML systems
Expertise in cloud-native data ecosystems
Strong stakeholder communication and solutioning skills
Preferred
Experience with GenAI architectures (RAG, embeddings, prompt pipelines)
Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP – Data Architect)
Personal Traits:
