Job Summary Join a dynamic team focused on providing telemetry reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights to improve visibility into enterprise service health, availability, and operational performance. As an AI Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated data models, reporting solutions, and automation frameworks that optimize telemetry data quality and operational visibility. location: Redmond, Washington job type: Contract salary: $72.04 - 82.04 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize Azure Data Explorer (Kusto/ADX) queries, functions, semantic models, and supporting data pipelines. • Build and enhance highly functional Power BI reports and Grafana dashboards to deliver actionable business insights. • Develop automated solutions and workflows using Python, PowerShell, or C# to streamline operational tasks and support business requirements. • Create AI-enabled reporting systems and analytics agent components, including Copilot Agents, prompt assets, and knowledge files. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Reporting & Analytics, including enterprise expertise with Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and Grafana (or similar reporting platforms). 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, focused on SQL, ETL/data pipelines, and cloud analytics platforms such as Azure Data Explorer (Kusto). 3+ years of experience in Automation, AI, and Agentic Solutions using Python, C#, PowerShell, or Copilot agent development.
