Role description
Job Title: AI and Data Engineer (Only W2)
This will be on W2 role
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Type: Contract – Potential Full-Time Conversion after 6-12 months
Work Hours: 8 hours/day, 3 days onsite mandatory and 2 days remote( hybrid)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in software, data, or AI engineering roles.
Proven experience in AI model development, data pipeline design, and MLOps practices.
Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture, especially within GCP environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure OpenAI or Google AI services integration.
Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven environments (e.g., finance, healthcare).
Prior experience in anomaly detection, AI assistants, or real-time decision systems.
Hands-on experience with RAG-based architectures and multi-agent systems.
