Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as an AI Data Scientist and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of digital healthcare and clinical trial innovation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to develop, implement, and optimize advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that transform clinical research operations, leveraging your expertise in healthcare data science. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions to streamline clinical trial operations, focusing on patient recruitment, retention, real-time monitoring, and automated data collection.
• Implement GenAI applications to automate clinical trial documentation, such as medical and clinical study reports, protocols, and patient narratives.
• Create innovative digital healthcare applications to support medical tools, real-world evidence (RWE) generation, patient engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Build predictive models and generative AI solutions using diverse healthcare datasets, including electronic health records, wearable devices, and patient-reported outcomes.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory, data privacy, and compliance standards within the clinical and healthcare space.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to refine solutions and integrate feedback.
• Utilize high-performance, cloud-based platforms to scale and deploy AI applications efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, including 1+ years applying AI/ML techniques to healthcare or clinical research data.
• Proficient in Python, R, or similar programming languages, with hands-on expertise in modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, including LLM architectures and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of digital healthcare tools design and development.
• Experience with NLP and generative AI for medical text analysis and research interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services, code version control, and MLOps deployment practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Direct experience implementing AI/ML in healthcare or clinical research environments.
• Experience designing digital healthcare tools for clinical applications.
