Detailed Job Description:
Overview
• Seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of next generation AI and analytics solutions leveraging Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex Analyst, Agentic AI frameworks, and modern application development patterns.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Snowflake data warehousing, semantic model development, RAG architectures, chatbots, and Streamlit-based AI apps.
• Prior Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge is preferred but not required.
• This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and AI solution architects to drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
AI Program & Delivery Leadership
• Conceptualize, develop POC and lead end-to-end delivery and operationalization of AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers, ML engineers, analysts, and application developers.
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements.
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
• Work with Enterprise Architect and oversee solutions using:
• Snowflake Cortex Analyst and Snowflake Intelligence features (e.g., Cortex functions, vector search, data classification).
• Agentic AI architectures, including chaining, orchestration, and autonomous task execution.
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) integrations and configuration for enterprise use cases.
• Guide the creation of semantic models to support analytics and AI consumption layers.
• Oversee development of Streamlit apps, custom UI frontends, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Provide leadership for modern chatbot development, including LLM orchestration, grounding, and prompt engineering.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Translate business problems into actionable AI/ML use cases and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Data Governance, and Business Units to drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Partner with Snowflake technical teams to leverage new features and optimize architecture.
• Governance, Security & Best Practices
• Ensure delivery follows enterprise standards for data quality, security, privacy, and model governance.
• Support implementation of MLOps / LLMOps processes to ensure scalable and reliable deployments.
• Promote standardization, reusable components, and best practices in AI solution development.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in data/AI solution delivery, including project or program management.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake datawarehouse
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex capabilities and integrating LLM-powered features.
• Experience developing and deploying:
• Semantic models (dbt, LookML, or similar)
• Agentic AI workflows
• RAG pipelines
• Chatbots using LLM frameworks
• Python-based Streamlit applications
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight skills.
Soft Skills
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Thought leadership mindset with ability to guide stakeholders through AI transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
