Overview We are seeking Developers to design and implement AI-driven solutions for financial back-office processes. You will build scalable systems that integrate multiple data sources, apply Generative AI to enhance automation, and ensure workflow accuracy and reliability. Experience with low-code tools is a plus but not mandatory. Responsibilities • Design and develop AI-driven applications and workflow automation using modern frameworks and APIs. • Build and maintain GenAI-powered agents with practical LLM use cases integrated into workflows. • Develop and integrate data pipelines and APIs connecting multiple financial systems. • Write efficient SQL queries and ensure data accuracy, traceability, and performance. • Collaborate with PMs, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. • Stay updated and experiment with emerging AI, automation, and engineering tools. Qualifications • 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. • Proficiency in API development, SQL, and a basic understanding of full-stack technologies (frontend + backend). • Experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, or AI-driven workflows. • Exposure to low-code/no-code tools (AppSheet, Dialog Flow, Power Automate) is a plus. • Solid understanding of data workflows and system integrations. • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to explore new tools and technologies
