Job Title: AI DevSecOps Engineer Employment Type: W2 Contract (U.S. Citizens & Green Card Holders Only) Duration: 6–12 months with potential extension Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Iselin, NJ preferred | Charlotte, NC | NYC if open to NJ commute) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AI DevSecOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Generative AI, Chatbots, Neural Networks, and LLMs. The ideal candidate has built AI chatbot solutions end-to-end, not just supported projects, and is comfortable working with emerging technologies like MCP Server. This is an exciting opportunity to work on customer-facing AI solutions in the financial services sector, driving innovation and impact. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven chatbots from scratch. • Write production-ready Python code for AI/ML pipelines and integrations. • Build and fine-tune LLMs and neural networks for conversational AI. • Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of deployed solutions. • Work with MCP Server and explore other emerging platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Required Skills: • Proven Python programming experience (must have written production-level code). • Strong background in Generative AI, LLMs, and chatbot development. • End-to-end project ownership (design → build → deploy). • Familiarity with neural network frameworks. • MCP Server experience a plus (or ability to quickly learn). • Financial services background is a plus.
