AI Engineer [6-month Contract]

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI models using TensorFlow and other modern ML frameworks • Lead and coordinate offshore development teams across multiple time zones • Implement workflow automation solutions using n8n platform • Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) for enhanced AI model communication • Develop and optimize neural networks for pattern recognition and NLP applications • Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies for client projects • Integrate AI solutions into existing client IT infrastructure • Provide technical documentation and training materials • Support deployment and post-implementation optimization Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field • Minimum 2 years of experience with TensorFlow for machine learning model development • Minimum 2 years of experience managing offshore development teams • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation platform • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI model integration • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI deployment • Familiarity with MLOps practices and model deployment strategies • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization • Proven ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
