Role description

Role: AI Engineer – Agentic Platforms & Autonomous Systems (12 Years+)
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using modern agentic AI platforms, including (but not limited to) Writer, Amazon Bedrock, UiPath, and similar frameworks. This role focuses on creating secure, governable, and scalable agents that can reason, plan, and act across enterprise workflows while integrating with business systems and data.
The ideal candidate is platform-agnostic, understands agent autonomy levels, and can design systems that balance automation, oversight, and trust.
Key Responsibilities – Agent & AI System Development
• Design and build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks
• Implement agents using multiple agentic platforms (Writer, Bedrock, UiPath, or equivalent)
• Apply retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool invocation, and memory patterns
• Define agent operating modes (assistive, workflow-driven, semi-autonomous)
Key Responsibilities – Platform Integration & Orchestration
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs and automation frameworks
• Connect agents to structured and unstructured data sources
• Build orchestration logic separating planning, execution, and validation
• Design reusable, cross-platform agent patterns
Key Responsibilities – Governance, Risk & Control
• Implement human-in-the-loop, policy guardrails, and permission controls
• Ensure agent actions are auditable, explainable, and compliant
• Collaborate with security, risk, and compliance teams
Evaluation & Optimization
• Measure agent performance, accuracy, cost, and latency
• Diagnose and mitigate agent failure modes
• Continuously optimize prompts and orchestration logic
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in software, AI/ML, or automation engineering
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or workflows
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Writer, Amazon Bedrock, UiPath, or similar agent platforms
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, or vector search
• Familiarity with regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
What Success Looks Like
• Trusted agents delivering real business value
• Platform-agnostic implementations avoiding vendor lock-in
• Clear balance between autonomy and human oversight
Why This Role Matters
• This role helps define how intelligent agents are safely operationalized in the enterprise, transforming emerging agentic capabilities into scalable, production-grade systems.
Skills: Digital : Python~AI Agents
Experience Required: 6-8
