AI Engineer

Job Title: AI Engineer Duration: 6 Months Contract with possible extensions Location : Hybrid at Weehawken, NJ Pay Range: $65-72/hr on W2 Responsibilities: • Develop AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and related technologies to create intelligent agents and copilots that enhance business operations • Write codes in Java or Python • Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agno, Pydantic, TensorFlow, etc. • Experience with Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search. • Familiarity with advanced AI architecture patterns like RAG, Agentic RAG, MCP, Functional Calling, and A2A in Azure environments. • Working alongside experienced team members, you will analyze internal use cases to identify opportunities for AI implementation • Interact with business stakeholders to understand their needs and present solutions • Collaborate with the Project Management Office to track and communicate project progress and achievements Required Qualifications: • Experience in Java or Python. • Hands-on AI application development, with a focus on cloud-based AI model integration, deployment, and optimization. • Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agno, Pydantic, TensorFlow, etc. • Experience with Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search. • Familiarity with advanced AI architecture patterns like RAG, Agentic RAG, MCP, Functional Calling, and A2A in Azure environments. • Strong skills in prompt engineering, context engineering, vector databases, embedding/chunking strategies, and real-time data integration. • Experience in evaluating and optimizing model outputs.
