Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Information Security Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Solutions Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver intelligent automation and AI agent solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and advanced orchestration frameworks. You will be instrumental in building agentic systems that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and drive strategic outcomes across the enterprise. Responsibilities: β€’ Design and deliver end-to-end automation and AI agent solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), Copilot Studio, and pro-code technologies. β€’ Build agentic AI systems leveraging LLMs, reasoning engines, memory components, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Azure AI Foundry. β€’ Develop custom AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and interacting across systems via APIs, tools, and multi-turn conversations. β€’ Create and maintain AI-powered business applications that integrate user input, enterprise data, and intelligent responses to enhance productivity and decision-making. β€’ Integrate with external APIs and services, including Microsoft Graph, RESTful endpoints, and hyperscale AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). β€’ Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives. β€’ Stay up to date on advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering to drive innovation and recommend modern approaches. β€’ Drive team modernization. Build and transfer knowledge. Create reusable playbooks and processes to embed transformed capabilities across the team. Assist other individuals in advanced software development. Qualifications: β€’ Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. β€’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI solution development, including automation, chatbots, or AI agents. β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents). β€’ Practical experience with LLM technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI Service, or equivalents). β€’ Experience integrating REST APIs and external data sources into applications. β€’ Strong understanding of prompt engineering, NLP, and the capabilities and limitations of LLMs. β€’ Financial services experience specifically big banks. Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification. β€’ Experience with hyperscaler AI services like Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI. β€’ Familiarity with open-source AI frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or FastAPI. β€’ Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control in both low-code and pro-code environments. β€’ Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or memory-enabled agent architectures.
