Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions for business problems.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where data science can add value.
• Design experiments and A/B tests to evaluate product and feature performance.
• Build predictive models, optimization algorithms, or forecasting systems as needed.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts.
• Ensure best practices in coding, documentation, and reproducibility.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with strong SQL skills.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, experimental design, and causal inference.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Plotly, or Dash.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
