This role is ideal for someone who can rapidly build AI-driven applications that supercharge business processes on platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks, and Snowflake. You’ll use AI not just to answer questions, but to augment workflows, automate decision-making, and unlock real intelligence from enterprise data. Your ability to connect modern GenAI techniques with trusted enterprise ecosystems will be key to driving meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Design and develop GenAI-powered solutions across leading enterprise service and data platforms Integrate LLMs with platforms like Salesforce (Flow, Apex, Einstein GPT) and ServiceNow (Virtual Agents, Flow Designer, Scripted APIs) Create intelligent assistants, process automation tools, and AI copilots for enterprise users Build RAG pipelines, use embeddings, and leverage structured/unstructured data across Snowflake, Databricks, Delta Lake, and data warehouses/lakes Work closely with data engineers, solution architects, and business analysts to design secure, scalable, and context-rich GenAI solutions Use LLMs, vector DBs, and knowledge graphs to enrich enterprise workflows with natural language understanding, insights, and recommendations Apply guardrails, eval frameworks, and compliance considerations to ensure enterprise-grade robustness and governance Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as developer or admin on enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, or SAP 2+ years of experience demonstrated hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, agent orchestration/ chaining techniques -> Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines; Embedding models and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate); Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel) Proficiency in scripting and development languages relevant to enterprise platforms, such as: Apex and Flow (Salesforce); JavaScript and Python; RESTful APIs and platform SDKs Solid understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, including Databricks, Snowflake -> SQL/data warehouses,Delta Lake, and data pipeline architecture Knowledge of data security and compliance principles, including role-based access control (RBAC), data privacy, and enterprise governance Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines (e.g., with data engineers, architects, analysts) and deliver business-ready, scalable AI solutions Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, safety/guardrail implementations, and model fine-tuning best practices in enterprise contexts Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a consultative and agile mindset Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience integrating GenAI capabilities with Salesforce Einstein GPT, ServiceNow AI modules, or OpenAI/Claude APIs within enterprise workflows Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM), ETL processes, and Data Warehouse optimization in complex enterprise environments Experience building or maintaining ML pipelines or integrating ML services into enterprise applications Knowledge of CRM, ITSM, HRIS, ERP, or enterprise analytics systems and how GenAI can augment their value Exposure to LLM governance frameworks and compliance standards such as HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR, or SOX Experience designing and deploying AI copilots, chatbots, or virtual agents for enterprise users Background in applying LLMs to knowledge management, business process automation, or intelligent decision support Contributions to open-source AI projects, technical blogs, or AI communities focused on enterprise AI applications Why This Role Shape the next generation of enterprise AI applications Work with cutting-edge tools and foundational systems used by millions Help bridge the gap between raw LLM power and real business impact Collaborate with leaders in AI, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation Apply Today if you're ready to transform enterprise platforms with the power of GenAI.
