Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Type: Contract - W2 Only Positions: 2 Rate: $42/hr With Highly closable Experience: Mid Senior Level About The Role We are seeking a GenAI Engineer with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI solutions for Telco transformation projects. This role combines GenAI engineering, MLOps, orchestration, and cloud integration ideal for someone passionate about applied AI in real-world environments. Key Responsibilities AI Model Development & Deployment • Build and deploy GenAI/ML models for Telco use cases (customer interactions, automation, insights). • Contribute to prompt engineering, tuning, and evaluation. • Develop production-grade AI/ML pipelines ensuring reliability and performance. • Integrate models with structured data, time-series data, and real-time systems. Agentic AI & Workflow Orchestration • Support agentic pipelines for alerts, reporting, and automated decision workflows. • Assist in building RAG systems based on Telco datasets and internal documents. • Perform testing & validation of agent outputs for accuracy, safety, and compliance. Collaboration & Integration • Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to align model outputs with business goals. • Support AI feature integration across Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, Gemini, and IBM WatsonX. • Collaborate with senior AI engineers on refining and embedding GenAI models. Documentation & Reporting • Create documentation for model configuration, workflows, testing results, and CI/CD pipelines. • Present progress clearly to internal teams and stakeholders. Required Skills & Background • Bachelor s degree in CS, AI, ML, or related fields. • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development. • Strong with Python, SQL, and structured/time-series data. • Familiarity with OpenAI, LangChain, RAG methods. • Hands-on exposure to Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, Gemini, or IBM WatsonX. • Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, CI/CD, and monitoring. Preferred Skills • Exposure to LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini). • Basic understanding of cloud security, data governance, compliance. • Experience or interest in Telco data environments. Soft Skills • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and innovate. • Passion for building AI systems that drive real-world impact. Additional Note Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, Gemini, or IBM WatsonX is required.
