Privately held and proudly collaborative, they operate across 10 U.S. locations with a diverse global team dedicated to continuous improvement and technological advancement As part of their strategic expansion, they are growing their AI team and adding an AI Engineer to help shape the future of intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise Daily Responsibilities • Designing and developing AI agents that connect to the company’s Microsoft Fabric Data Lake as the central data hub, integrating structured and unstructured data from Infor M3 ERP, Salesforce CRM, Anaplan, Uncountable PLM, Freshworks, SharePoint, and other repositories • Architecting and deploying RAG-based chatbot systems delivering accurate, contextual responses using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) • Creating natural language interfaces enabling users to query structured and unstructured data sources through conversational AI • Implementing intelligent automation for business processes such as sales enablement, customer issue resolution, and workflow optimization • Developing scalable multi-model AI systems leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Cohere APIs • Collaborating cross-functionally to identify and solve high-impact business problems through applied AI and ML solutions • Building and maintaining containerized, cloud-based applications (Docker/Kubernetes) with CI/CD integration for rapid deployment Qualifications • 5+ years of AI/ML or software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in AI-focused solution development • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, or similar lakehouse platforms • Advanced Python development skills with experience using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and related AI/ML libraries • Hands-on experience with SQL/KQL, REST APIs, and enterprise data integration • Proven success implementing RAG architectures and enterprise-scale vector search systems • Familiarity with multi-LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI agent orchestration • Experience within enterprise environments (manufacturing experience strongly preferred) • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Nice to Have • Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer or Azure AI Engineer certification • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field • Applied AI experience in manufacturing, logistics, or finance • Exposure to Apache Spark, Power BI, or advanced analytics tools • Experience mentoring or leading within agile, cross-functional teams Reasons to Work Here • Opportunity to help shape a high-visibility AI initiative from the ground up • Exposure to an advanced technology stack integrating LLMs, Microsoft Fabric, and real-time data systems • Collaborative culture that values innovation and continuous learning • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including: • Health: Medical, dental, and vision coverage; corporate wellness programs • Finances: Life and disability insurance; FSA; 401(k) matching plan • Life & Development: Paid vacation and holidays; tuition reimbursement; internal training programs; career development pathways Call to Action This is a rare opportunity to join a global manufacturing leader as they build their next-generation AI ecosystem.
