Role description
Job Description:
Our goal is to bring AI into the heart of how marketing operates at Cash App, streamlining workflows, removing friction, and scaling campaign execution through intelligent systems. This role focuses on scaling AI into our growth teams' workflows, moving beyond prototypes to deliver production-ready automation that enables our team to level up how we operate, transforming how campaigns go to market.
We're looking for an AI Program Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of these systems over a focused 6-month engagement. You'll partner with marketing, engineering, data, and vendors to bring practical AI workflows to life and ensure they become integral to daily operations.
You Will:
Own the design, build, and scale of AI-powered automation across marketing workflows.
Translate marketing pain points into agent logic, prompt workflows, and scalable production systems
Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows, from prototyping with LLM APIs and workflow frameworks to launching production-ready agents using orchestration platforms.
Automate processes end-to-end, including ticket generation, approval routing, QA checks, asset validation, and campaign tracking, reducing manual lift while increasing speed, accuracy, and cross-team visibility.
Collaborate with engineering and vendors to integrate, scale, and maintain solutions as permanent team capabilities
Run testing and UAT processes, drive feedback loops, and ensure seamless team adoption
Work across teams to align delivery milestones, unblock execution, and embed AI into standard operations
Evaluate emerging AI tools within our existing stack and bring practical, usable innovations into day-to-day systems
Why This Role:
Scale AI operations: Move beyond pilots to make AI a core part of our growth technology foundations
Immediate Impact: Build systems that become permanent team capabilities
Focused Delivery: 6-month sprint to establish scalable AI workflows
Contract Flexibility: Focused engagement with potential for extension based on results
3–6 years in technical program management, systems implementation, or product operations (tech/fintech preferred)
Proven track record of using AI across FinTech/SaaS
Comfortable building and deploying AI prototypes using LLM frameworks, low-code platforms, and agentic tooling
Production experience delivering AI-powered automation and workflow tooling using LLM APIs and prompt engineering
Marketing/GTM collaboration experience with ability to translate manual processes into scalable technical systems
Technical skills: SQL, YAML/JSON/Python scripting, data validation and workflow configuration
Engineering background strongly preferred - data infrastructure, automation, or software development experience
