About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Python development and Large Language Model (LLM) programming. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that leverage generative AI and intelligent agents to solve real-world business challenges. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows for automation and decision-making use cases.
Build, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs into production systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases, requirements, and success metrics for AI applications.
Experiment with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and custom model fine-tuning to improve accuracy and usability.
Monitor and optimize AI systems for performance, latency, and reliability in production.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in generative AI, multi-agent systems, and applied LLM technologies.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Python.
Hands-on expertise in LLM architectures and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, etc.).
Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, CI/CD, and testing.
Preferred Qualifications
Masterβs degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Prior experience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications and APIs.
Familiarity with data pipelines, model monitoring, and governance frameworks.
Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is a plus.
