General Skills
• 5-8 years of experience in the field, with increasingcomplexity and/or responsibility across various products.
• A BA or BS degree or equivalent.
• One or more industry certifications or advanced-level certifications.
• Qualification to work as a team lead.Experience in planning and deploying relevant tools or equipment.
• Experience with technology migrations and upgrades.
• Ability to identify and communicate key performance indicators.
• Experience dealing with support and vendors.
Must Skills
• Proficiency in Python including AI-specific packages and frameworks e.g. langchain/langgraph, scikit-learn, pandas, numpy.
• Strong methodological understanding of GenAI, AI agents and ML e.g. LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, deep learning, tree methods, statical model validation.
• Strong SW pipeline development and DevOps practices: GitFlow, CI/CD, Containerization.
• Strong Non technical skills: Media domain knowledge and communication.
