Job description
• Responsibilities
• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions for business problems.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data science to add value.
• Design experiments and AB tests to evaluate product and feature performance.
• Build predictive models optimization algorithms or forecasting systems as needed.
• Analyze large complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to nontechnical audiences.
• Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts.
• Ensure best practices in code documentation and reproducibility.
• Required Qualification
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with ML frameworks eg scikitlearn XGBoost TensorFlow PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of statistics experimental design and causal inference.
• Handson experience with data visualization tools eg Tableau Plotly Dash.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems.
• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, and Recommender Systems.
• Advanced Model Development: Skilled in building and deploying advanced ML and LLM models using RLHF, PEFT, RAGs, and quantization techniques.
• Data Analysis: Proficient in traditional analytical methods for business and technical problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
