Job Description: We are seeking experienced AI Engineers who are looking for opportunities to market their resumes for potential client projects under our W2. As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that solve complex business problems. Projects may vary depending on client requirements, and we will align your expertise with the best-fit opportunities in our network. Responsibilities: • Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for various applications. • Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and optimize data pipelines. • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to integrate AI models into production systems. • Evaluate model performance and optimize for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. • Implement AI solutions using cloud-based services and modern AI frameworks. • Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment. • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala. • Proficiency in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras. • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems. • Knowledge of cloud AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning). • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
