Summary:
Looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Data Scientist / AI Engineer to help build and evolve two high-impact internal initiatives:
Responsibilities:
• Wingmate: An internal productivity app inspired by ChatGPT, designed to handle generalized AI tasks across the organization.
• AI Factory: An accelerator for AI projects tailored to specific business processes and use cases.
• Works across the full AI development lifecycle—from ideation and experimentation to deployment and optimization
• Collaborating with full stack engineers and product teams.
Technical Skills:
• Languages: Python, JavaScript (Vue.js), .NET
• AI/ML: GenAI, LLMs, NLP, Lang Chain, Hugging Face
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, S3, Bedrock), Docker, CI/CD
• Data & Visualization: SQL, Pandas, Matplotlib, Power BI, Jupyter
Must have skills:
• Web App exposure - Production Code Basis
• Proven experience in AI/ML model development, especially with LLMs and NLP
• Strong programming skills in Python
Preferred skills:
• Communication
• Good with ambiguity
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $115k - $119k/yr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
