AI / GenAI Platform Specialist

Role: AI / GenAI Platform Specialist Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid) We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with agentic platforms and platform management. Description Hands-on experience delivering enterprise Data Science and Generative AI solutions. Lead Agile execution across business, data science, engineering, and IT teams while leveraging Google Cloud, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate workflows to drive predictive analytics and automation. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Science and GenAI solutions while managing execution across business stakeholders and technical teams. • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and enterprise cloud platforms. • Optimize Large Language Model (LLM) usage patterns including prompt design, RAG architectures, and response optimization. • Collaborate with AI Architects and MLOps teams to ensure Responsible AI practices, governance, security, and compliance. • Define architecture standards for agentic systems including prompt engineering patterns and scaling strategies. • Implement observability, telemetry, and workflow automation to improve reliability of AI systems. • Partner with engineering teams to build MCP‑based agent architectures integrating identity, authentication, and enterprise APIs. • Drive governance frameworks for operational agents including compliance workflows and lifecycle control. • Manage Agile delivery for AI model lifecycle including planning, development, testing, and release coordination. • Define KPIs and operational dashboards to measure automation ROI such as time reduction and productivity improvements. • Oversee integration with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Azure APIs. • Collaborate with Data Science teams using Azure Databricks, Data Lake, and SQL for analytics and pipelines. • Ensure security alignment with governance teams covering Responsible AI standards, access control, and model safety.
