AI Machine Learning Engineer (17174)

Baer is looking for AI Machine Learning Engineer for a 5+ month hybrid project with East Coast Travel. Title: AI Machine Learning Engineer Location: Hybrid - East Coast (25% travel) Duration: 5 months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted) Description: • Design, develop, and deploy AI models using AWS SageMaker and Bedrock • Implement and manage multi-agent systems in both test and production environments • Ensure security and compliance by applying DecSecOps practices • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver robust AI solutions • Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in AI engineering or a similar technical role • Strong programming skills in Python and Java • Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and multi-agent system development and deployment • Familiarity with Claude Code and experience in telemetry and observability is a plus. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Company Overview: Baer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
