Role: AI ML Engineer
Location: Remote
β’ GitHub Copilot Enablement Specialist to lead the adoption and effective use of GitHub Copilot across engineering teams.
β’ The specialist will act as the internal champion for AI-assisted development, driving Copilot enablement programs, creating best practices, and integrating Copilot into our developer workflows to deliver measurable business impact.
β’ A GitHub Copilot enablement specialist- Fluent in prompting Copilot to refactor, not just autocomplete
β’ Knows how to seed context, use comments, and guide the AI to respect enterprise patterns
β’ Has already trained teams to adopt Copilot effectively (refactoring playbooks, prompt recipes, guardrails)
β’ Proven experience in software engineering with hands-on coding skills (Java, Python, Apex, LWC or equivalent)
β’ Experience in developer enablement, technical training, or technology adoption change management
β’ Understanding of AI-assisted development, prompt engineering
