Role: AI ML Engineer

• GitHub Copilot Enablement Specialist to lead the adoption and effective use of GitHub Copilot across engineering teams.
• The specialist will act as the internal champion for AI-assisted development, driving Copilot enablement programs, creating best practices, and integrating Copilot into our developer workflows to deliver measurable business impact.
• A GitHub Copilot enablement specialist- Fluent in prompting Copilot to refactor, not just autocomplete
• Knows how to seed context, use comments, and guide the AI to respect enterprise patterns
• Has already trained teams to adopt Copilot effectively (refactoring playbooks, prompt recipes, guardrails)
• Proven experience in software engineering with hands-on coding skills (Java, Python, Apex, LWC or equivalent)
• Experience in developer enablement, technical training, or technology adoption change management
• Understanding of AI-assisted development, prompt engineering
