Required Skills
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
• 5+ years building production software and APIs.
• 1+ years delivering LLM, RAG, or agentic workflows in real environments (internal or external users).
• Experience integrating AI services with analytics or enterprise data sources.
Skills
• Strong Python (preferred) or TypeScript, plus API development (FastAPI, Flask, Node).
• RAG fundamentals: embeddings, chunking, retrieval, reranking, prompt patterns, grounding.
• Agent workflows: tool calling, orchestration, state management, evaluation and testing.
• Familiarity with vector databases or search (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, pgvector).
• Basic MLOps and security hygiene (secrets, logging, access control, PHI awareness).
