Role description
We are looking for a skilled AI Model Developer with experience working on Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT. You will be responsible for creating, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models to improve our products and customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenAI’s ChatGPT API or similar LLMs.
• 4+ years of experience in fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• 3+ years of applying RAG techniques in production environments.
• 8+ years of experience in Python for scripting, data processing, and API integration.
• 4+ years of experience working with APIs (OpenAI, RESTful APIs, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and 3+ years with MongoDB (vector storage, indexing, retrieval).
• 3+ years of experience using Azure Databricks for model training and data processing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with embedding models for vector data storage.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in AI model development.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
