Role description
We are seeking an AI Ops Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation solutions for operational monitoring, anomaly detection, and incident response. This role requires deep proficiency in Python, experience with LangChain and agentic frameworks, and the ability to integrate and visualize operational data. You will be responsible for building autonomous agents, automating workflows, and ensuring real-time observability through integrations and visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain for log analysis, anomaly detection, and incident response.
β’ Integrate Elasticsearch with LangChain to extract, summarize, and visualize operational data for monitoring.
β’ Automate workflows for incident detection, alerting, and remediation using Python and LLM-based agents.
β’ Build and maintain integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams for real-time alerting and collaboration.
β’ Develop graph plotting and data visualization tools using Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Plotly) to support operational insights.
β’ Apply strong proficiency in Python for scripting, backend development, and automation.
β’ Leverage experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks for building intelligent systems.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into intelligent automation solutions.
β’ Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
