Must-Have Skills: ✅ 8+ years of Business Analysis experience ✅ 8+ years working within Pharmaceutical R&D organizations ✅ Strong Clinical Research / Clinical Development / Translational Science experience ✅ Oncology or related therapeutic area knowledge preferred ✅ Strong understanding of the Clinical Development Lifecycle ✅ Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into AI-ready functional requirements ✅ UAT Planning & Execution ✅ KPI & Success Metrics definition (5+ years) ✅ Agile/Scrum, Jira or Azure DevOps AI & Technical Exposure: ✔ Understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts ✔ AI Products / Analytics Platforms / Intelligent Automation ✔ Prompt Engineering / AI Agents / LLM Workflows ✔ Basic SQL & Python ✔ GxP / CSV knowledge Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in: • Life Sciences • Pharmacy • Biotechnology • Biomedical Sciences • Health Sciences • Related Scientific Discipline 🚫 Please DO NOT apply if your background is primarily in: • Healthcare Insurance • Medical/Surgical Device Manufacturing 📩 Submission Requirement: Please include a Primary Skills Summary in the email body with the exact years of experience for each primary skill.
