AI Scientist / AI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Scientist / AI Architect with strong hands-on engineering expertise to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience building production-grade AI/ML systems, Generative AI applications, agent-based architectures, and cloud-native platforms. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on development. You will work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions that align with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities AI Solution Architecture & Delivery • Define end-to-end architecture for large-scale AI and Generative AI engagements. • Design scalable AI/ML pipelines, intelligent applications, and cloud-native platforms. • Serve as the architecture authority across multiple projects and initiatives. • Establish architecture principles, standards, reusable frameworks, and design patterns. • Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, reliability, and governance requirements. Generative AI & Agentic Systems • Design and develop LLM-powered applications and enterprise AI workflows. • Build agent-based systems, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous AI workflows. • Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search. • Implement content ideation, drafting, editing, and workflow automation solutions using modern AI frameworks. Enterprise Integration • Integrate AI platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, internal tools, and data platforms. • Develop robust backend services and APIs supporting AI-driven business processes. • Design secure and scalable integration patterns across multiple technology ecosystems. Technical Leadership & Governance • Conduct architecture and design reviews across projects. • Drive adoption of best practices, reusable assets, and enterprise standards. • Mentor architects and engineering teams on AI, cloud, and solution architecture. • Provide technical leadership during solution planning, delivery, and production deployment. Stakeholder & Consulting Engagement • Collaborate with business, marketing, product, and technology stakeholders to define AI strategies and roadmaps. • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, proofs of concept, and client presentations. • Act as a trusted advisor for AI transformation initiatives.
