AI SME (Dynamic Pricing)

Role: AI SME – Techno-Functional (Dynamic Pricing) Location: Dallas, TX OR Atlanta, GA OR Remote-USA Type: Contract Role Summary: Client is seeking a senior AI Techno‑Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to partner with Client leadership in streamlining and accelerating the AI innovation and agentification journey across Dynamic Pricing for their products. This role will serve as a bridge between business strategy, AI governance, and execution—driving AI initiatives from use‑case selection through pilot, POC, and production deployment in a highly customized, multi‑application ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with client leadership and AI governance boards to guide AI strategy, prioritization, and adoption. • Facilitate AI and agentification use‑case identification, evaluation, and selection across cross‑functional business and IT teams. • Lead and support AI governance board reviews, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, value realization, and scalability. • Drive AI orchestration across: • Client's home‑grown agents • External/vendor‑based agents • Multiple highly customized enterprise applications • Translate agentification concepts into clear, institutional business value, articulating impact to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle of AI initiatives—from concept and pilot to POCs and scaled implementation. • Enable strong cross‑functional collaboration across business units, IT, product teams, and external partners. • Communicate effectively through executive‑level updates, working sessions, and decision forums. Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience as an AI SME / Techno‑Functional Lead in large enterprise environments. • Strong understanding of AI, agent‑based architectures, and orchestration in complex ecosystems. • Ability to operate effectively with senior leadership, governance boards, and cross‑functional teams. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to link AI initiatives to business outcomes. • Hands‑on experience driving pilots, POCs, and enterprise‑scale implementations. • Familiar with pricing ML / AI algorithms and data models • Experience in Retail or Supply Chain domain will be a plus Technology Stack • Open source Agentic AI – Langchain, Langgraph • Traditional AI / ML with knowledge of Python • Cloud platforms: Azure and AWS • Experience working within highly customized, multi‑application environments Success Measures • Faster progression of AI initiatives from idea to production • Clear governance with strong leadership alignment • Scalable AI and agentification adoption • Measurable business value realization from AI investments
