Job Title: AI Solution Architect (Insurance – Agentic AI & Azure)

Duration: 12 Month Contract
Position Overview
We are eeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions for the insurance industry.
This role focuses on architecting multi-agent AI systems that reason, plan, and act across underwriting, claims, and customer service workflows, built on Microsoft Azure and integrated with enterprise insurance platforms.
The ideal candidate will combine deep Azure AI expertise with strong insurance domain knowledge and consulting leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI Architecture
• Design end-to-end agentic AI solutions on Azure, covering interaction, orchestration, and observability
• Define multi-agent collaboration patterns across underwriting, claims, and servicing
• Apply Azure OpenAI, prompt orchestration, tool/skills calling, memory, and planning patterns
• Establish autonomy guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and decision traceability
Insurance Use-Case Enablement
• Build LLM-driven reasoning and retrieval solutions for document-intensive processes (FNOL, submissions, endorsements, SIU, etc.)
• Develop conversational and task-based AI agents integrated with core insurance systems
Platform & Integration
• Utilize Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search
• Implement Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus integrations
• Design secure integrations with policy administration, claims, billing, CRM, and document management platforms
• Implement RAG architectures using Azure data and search services with content safety and observability
Governance, Security & Compliance
• Architect solutions aligned with insurance regulatory requirements (privacy, retention, auditability)
• Implement prompt safety, content filtering, audit logging, and explainability
• Enforce identity, access control, and data protection using Azure-native security services
Technical Leadership
• Provide architectural oversight across delivery teams
• Lead design reviews, client workshops, and solution strategy sessions
• Support pre-sales efforts, reference architectures, demos, and technical storytelling
Minimum Qualifications
• 7+ years in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Technology roles
• 3+ years delivering solutions within the insurance domain (P&C, Life, Health, or Reinsurance)
• 2+ years architecting or building LLM / Generative AI applications in production or regulated environments
• 2+ end-to-end Azure-hosted AI solutions delivered (design through deployment)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Autogen, or custom orchestration layers)
• Exposure to Copilot-style enterprise conversational architectures
• Azure certifications (AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AI-102 Azure AI Engineer Associate)
• Consulting background with client-facing architecture leadership
