AI Solution Architect - USC & GC

The Client is seeking a visionary Engineering and AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions across our aircraft design,manufacturing, and maintenance operations. This role bridges the gap betweenengineering excellence and digital innovation, enabling smarter, faster, and moresustainable aerospace solutions. Key Responsibilities:Architect and lead the development of AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance,digital twin modeling, quality inspection automation, and supply chain optimization.Collaborate with engineering, IT, and data science teams to integrate AI intoCAD/CAE, PLM, and MES systems.Evaluate and select AI platforms, tools, and frameworks suitable for aerospaceapplications.Ensure compliance with aerospace standards in AI solution design.Drive innovation through PoCs, pilots, and scalable deployments.Mentor cross-functional teams on AI best practices and solution architecture. Required QualificationsBachelor s in aerospace/mechanical engineering, Computer Science, or relatedfield 8+ years of experience in engineering systems and digital transformation.Proven experience architecting AI/ML solutions in industrial or manufacturingsettings.Strong knowledge of Python, frameworks for building and training Machine learningand Deep Lerning and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).Familiarity with aerospace design and manufacturing tools (e.g., CATIA, SiemensNX, Teamcenter). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with digital twin and simulation technologies.Knowledge of edge AI, IoT, and real-time data processing.
