In this Individual Contributor leadership role, you will be the technical architect behind next-generation Generative AI and Agentic systems for our global clients. What You’ll Do: • Architect Agentic Systems: You’ll build and optimise production-grade GenAI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex, integrating with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and self-hosted models. • Pioneer RAG & Multi-Modal Workflows: Implement sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and create multi-modal workflows across text, voice, and video. • Drive Engineering Excellence: Apply industry-best practices—including TDD, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles—to build robust microservices in Python or JavaScript. • Innovate with AI-Assisted Tools: Use a structured approach to AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery without compromising on maintainability. • Consult & Lead: Conduct POCs and internal research experiments, providing technical mentorship to the team and acting as the bridge between conceptual AI features and scalable, user-facing products. This Role Requires: • Deep AI Expertise: At least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Generative AI engineering, with a total software development background of 7–12 years. • Cloud-Native Fluency: Proven ability to architect and deploy distributed systems within AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes. • An Engineering Mindset: You are obsessed with clean code, scalability, and performance. You follow a structured, "security-first" approach rather than just "vibe coding". • A Consultant’s Adaptability: You excel at working independently, balancing rapid prototyping for clients with the long-term maintainability required for production. • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline. Bonus Points: • Familiarity with MLOps and model serving workflows (e.g., BentoML, MLflow, or SageMaker). • Experience building complex streaming and batch data pipelines using Spark, Airflow, or Beam. • A background in mobile or front-end web application development.
